Manged 25+ products (including 4 large scale ones) concurrently with a combined revenue of $120M with multiple outsourcing partners with 200+ software engineers, testers and business analysts across the globle (Manila, India, UK and various other US locations).Also, strategically identified right products for outsourcing/rebadging exercises and worked with various business unit leaders and CXOs to understand their expectations and execute them. Successfully transitiond 30+ products to our Managed Services Partners over 3 years. Managed products with 92% satisfaction level (92% of the people said that the product performs the same or better compared to when it was part of TR) which is the best across all SBUs of Thomson Reuters. Sunset and divested products strategically towards consolidation and also exit out of non-strategic markets.Created security-first culture across the organization and also test-driven-development culture in applications using modern technologies.Also worked on several winning RFPs worth about $8M towards business developments. Did Agile transformation for 20+ products in the portfolio and also managed them through SAFe.Collaborative approach with each product management, customer support teams and other stakeholders, along with metrics driven management resulted in identifying issues early in the game and helped to mitigate them effectively. Managed ONESOURE Income Tax Product (Corporate Income Tax) development with both onsite and offshore development teams with about 25 programmers. During this effort I collaborated with a other managers for successful releases of ONESOURCE suite of products. Also, I led the the first Angular JS project, Mobile app projects and released them successfully within the SBU and set standards across the organization.Influenced the central Governance, Risk Management, UX, and Platform teams to set standards across the organization based on the standards of Corporate Income Tax product.

Set up the operations at Hyderabad, India and increased the headcount from 35 to 360 in a year. Also established a brand-new high performing technology team of 20 people for Income Tax business unit at Hyderabad, India. Also delivered multiple projects successfully through new technologies . Improved the performance of several screens and processes by 30 to 90%. Modified the structure of the product deployment to be highly scalable.

Managed development of Web Services across Tax and Accounting business units. Seamlessly integrated multiple products through Web-services. Managed Provisions (Estimated Taxes) product with a team of 10 developers and testers.
