 As a Capacity Planner managing the environment with tools such as Densify, Smart Cloud Application Monitoring and Service Now and with responsibilities involving roles such as Incident, Capacity, Problem and Change Management for Windows and UNIX servers across various Data centers. Responsible administering Demand requests and be part of until Change Successfully Completes. Meeting with Application Owners and Architects for optimizing the Environment efficiently at a cost-effective way. Ensuring there are adequate capacity in place to meet service level targets on infrastructure. Proactively produces and maintains plan for various Capacity Storage Arrays and reclaim them effectively. Advising Application teams about the timeframe of Performance hiccups with SCAPM and address them in detail with the help of Reliability Engineering team using Dynatrace or Splunks logs. Runs an Incident Management enhancement program to identify Major and Minor Incident trends that indicate systematic issues for focused Problem Management Analysis. Ensuring Incidents are addressed on time and creation or maintenance of Capacity Management Information Systems (CMIS). Evaluating the impact on new Change requests and participates on Change Advisory Board as needed. Model up new server builds or forecast the migration based on Application resources for future. Making Sure compliance to all guidelines and ensure optimal utilization of all resources. Working server commissioning (Server Build) Project working on Server decommissioning (Decom) project for the entire LOB working with proactive incident and reactive critical incident working emergency bridge meeting on P1 and P2 incidents & providing the RCA working for the repeated relate issues and co coordinating with PMR team for RCA Migration level task giving the recommendation from exciting to future configuration to be normal workload
