- Liaise with retail team to transform data into relevant information, based on the requirement of a business problem, using analytical functions as well as business logic to enable our stakeholders to make better business decisions.- Work with the Operations team to understand and document their reporting and analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs needed to support the team’s ongoing growth.- Manage day to day operations of data management including file processing, troubleshooting, and monitoring and operational reports to ensure business continuity.- Run database queries providing recommendations to management and distribution teams.- Analysis of specific business problems, ad-hoc analysis, drive growth and performance.- Provides hands-on support to provision data from a variety of internal sources.
