• Over 19+ years of rich and cross-functional experience in Project Planning, Contract Management, Civil Construction field.• Expertise in managing the complete project operations entailing planning, resource utilization, maintenance, quality management & manpower management.• Adept in handling engineering survey related activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection and co-ordination with internal departments with proficiency in GNSS system.• Proficient in conducting performance measurement, variance analysis, trend analysis and risk identification / analysis and conducting work study & productivity analysis.• Deftness in swiftly ramping-up projects in close coordination with Contract Cell, Consultants, Architects & Contractors and ensuring on time deliverables.• An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills; possesses strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.• Provides program level support to all project delivery teams by managing the resolution of civil related issues and tasks. • Provides technical support for request for proposals, contracts, specifications, preliminaries and variations. • To operate at a program level reviewing existing design and construction activity for Value Engineering opportunities across all engineering systems, ensuring transfer of this knowledge across the program Works with the client, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate utilities with projects. • Reviews civil engineering submittals: reports, calculations, quantity surveys, drawings and specifications for conformance with the contract, scope and budget. • Assists in reviewing, approving and processing of other engineering discipline technical submittals. • To participate in operational reviews and readiness for handover to operating parties Performs reviews of work which involves conventional engineering practice, but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements. • Reviews, on the client’s behalf, submittals and Request for Information (RFI) that apply to civil engineering works for adequacy.• KNPC and KOC Approved Construction Supervisor/Land Surveyor.
