Responsibilities• To roll out FASTag program within IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited group• Managing a team of 24 IT staff (6 Central coordinators and 18 IT engineers at sites across the country)• Coordination with authorities and partners with respect to FASTag related enhancements, developments, and issues. e.g., NPCI, IHMCL, NHAI, Banks and industry experts• Central Monitoring desk under my supervision, monitors the network infrastructure at all projects and providing resolution on IT related issues• Reporting of FASTag revenue numbers to Jt. Managing Director and Senior management in various forums.
