• As part of Workday’s internal startup mechanism (Workday Next), led a new team to build an AI/ML based intelligent decision-making application in enterprise space. • In a span of a few months, gone through the startup process of market research, help in recruiting team members, working with VP in developing core IP, worked with lone Product Manager in building a compelling prototype, refining the business plan, help in securing follow up funding. • We have started full productization journey, coming up with full features list for next one year and execution plan. • On customer side, helping in recruiting Design Partner Group, explaining core concepts to customers, getting feedbacks and incorporating into the product. • Within a year, we build the product from inception stage to production ready!
