• Providing L3 & L2 Level Support, SAP Security Administration & Support tasks for all SAP System landscapes like R/3, BI, BOBJ, BPC, GRC 10.X, SAP Success Factors and SAP Hana. • R/3: User Administration which includes user maintenance, resolving authorization issues. Experienced in working with the Role Administration with Business Owners / Users and documenting them as per business process. Maintenance of Authorization groups for securing custom transactions, tables, and programs in R/3. Worked on the IT controls on Quarterly & Semi-annual basis.• BW/BI: Implementing/Maintaining the analysis authorizations through RSECADMIN, Troubleshooting the authorization issues and designing the user roles as per the client requirement. • BOBJ: Worked on the Enterprise groups, Access Levels & User Management. Reviewing and resolving the Authorization Issues for the end users at Folders /Application Level.• BPC: Creating/Modification of the Data Access Profile, Task Profile and Teams as per the business requirement and solving the Authorization issues.• HANA: User Administration, Role Maintenance along with privileges and troubleshooting the HANA Authorization issues based on the trace results.• GRC: Worked on GRC Enhancements like Risk update, Function update and Mitigation control Maintenance. Creation/Maintenance of Firefighter Owner, Controller, Firefighter and firefighter id’s in GRC 10.X. Modification of the parameters.• Involved in the GRC 10.x configuration of the ARA, ARM & EAM.• Success Factor: Permissions Roles and Permission Groups creation. Modification of the Role based Permission settings as per the business requirements.
