Led a team of 25 Employees with 5 direct reports and reported to the President Director Key Achievements:• Successful completion of a US$ 425 million refinancing transaction for an acquisition transaction and achieved significantly lower funding costs on a syndication transaction involving 12 financial institutions, working with multiple teams. • Led a Cross functional team of 6 senior managers for integration of a Control transaction in the Mining Contracting services sector with strong project management skills. • Developed and maintained a key “Point- person” relationship with the new Minority partner on the basis of transparent communication of stakeholder issues.

The subsidiary of a large offshore Direct Investment group, Ludlow Asia Holdings (headquartered in Hong Kong), engaged in the management and control of a portfolio of Private Equity Investments with a Turnaround component. The Group’s Investment Portfolio covered transactions in Animal Nutrition, Industrial Packaging, Textile yarns, Low Income Property Development, Financial Services, Oil and Gas Services and Serviced Office Providers. The group controlled an Asian Investment Portfolio of USD 260 million and operated a Securities Company in Indonesia till 2003. Head, Indonesian Operations and Director Corporate Finance Responsibilities of the role-included acting as an Operating Partner to the Portfolio Companies to scale up top line Revenue growth and bottom line EBITDA growth; preparation and implementations of exits for Portfolio Companies, Proprietary Trading for the Group’s equity portfolio, Debt Restructuring of Portfolio Companies during the Asian Economic crisis, led Corporate Finance teams raising Private Equity capital for Indonesian Corporates. Led a team of 8 with 5 direct reports. Key Achievements: • Successfully implemented the acquisition, turnaround and exit of a portfolio investment in the Animal Nutrition sector through a trade sale. Formulated hedging strategies for key commodity raw materials and tripled profitability growth during the years 2005-2007. • Established and scaled up a Securities and Corporate Finance business for the Group between 1997 and 2002 before its sale to a strategic investor. • Extensive work on a US$ 128 million debt-restructuring program for an unlisted portfolio company with primary responsibilities for lead negotiations with creditors and structuring a debt repurchase program.
