Monitoring client base and industry developments to identify potential product opportunities, and drive development life cycle through issues related to application scope, functional design, delivery planning and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities include:• Conceptualization of new and localized instances of ADP products based on country specific functional and regulatory needs of all ADP accounts across South East Asia • Assisting with formulation of business case; eliciting and organizing requirements; translating and simplifying business requirements to facilitate technical build• Planning and monitoring of product development, quality assurance, product delivery and subsequent change management• Facilitate product demonstration to convert prospects and provide recommendations and advise to existing customers on the product road map and delivery plan• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned to customer objectives and organizational commitments• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders• Assist with high severity requests including value-added changes to existing products and issue schedule escalations as needed• Manage overall product delivery using an evidence informed approach to improve outcomes for customers• Ensure quality of delivery, improvement of service and adherence to delivery plan, contractual requirements, legal obligations and organisational policy and procedures• Maintain professional development and industry knowledge to ensure that product development reflects best current technical practices
