Before WeNXT, worked as a Partner at AJMS Global who will be the global face for AJMS group especially for Africa market. Prior to joining with AJMS team, I was the Sales Head of Africa for Beyontec responsible for establishing new footprints in Africa through my connects and sales-marketing strategies and was also responsible for the entire spectrum of sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure and subsequent relationship management. Prior to that, I was working with 3i Infotech, as Region Head for East & Central Africa, and was responsible for new customers acquisition and managing existing customers – cross selling and up selling.Key Achievements:Carried out System Audit to know pain areas & provided solutions including System Upgrade.Developed both direct and indirect mode of sales engagement using partners and customers. Interfaced with CXO level for deal negotiation, contracts closure and leads creation.Worked closely with Marketing team on digital marketing & carried out roadshows in Kenya & Ethiopia.Involved in identification of effective partner country wise to improve the sales.Managed Delivery expectations through regular interface with Delivery team and customer to create reference customers and improve sales.
