* Compensation & BenefitsBeing a part of compensation team, have to manage appraisal process of 7500 employees which includes discussion with department heads for meeting bell curve for rating distribution, distribution of appraisal letters, handling appraisal related queries. Checking promotion recommended cases with eligibility guidelines and exclude not eligible cases before finalizing promotion list. Cross checking benefits eligibility criteria of employees on regular basis through reconciliations.Eligibility checking for release of Overseas benefit for staff posted in GCC countries.Conduct exit interview for resigned employees and analyse common reasons if any for resigned employees.Co-ordinate interview for Inter tier promotion cases for employees across India & abroad.Handle general queries of staff on a day to day basis. * Training & DevelopmentConduct induction program for all new joinees in the organization on compensation & other benefits. Organize session for staff who gets promotion to discuss the change in the benefits and perks. * Payroll Provide monthly salary inputs for 7500 employees by closely co-ordinating with cluster HR.Arrange full and final settlement for retired/resigned/death cases.
