I am accountable for the Country operations with 5 own manufacturing facilities and two Toll manufacturing facilities. I am responsible for the Safety, productivity, quality, projects and Engineering and heading P&L Operations. Major accountability is delivering monthly quality despatches, which meet agreed Sales revenue for the month and for business segments.

• I was empowered on strategic role for evaluating feasibility of new contract manufacturing facilities for DuPont India wef 1st April 2012. In my new role, I was responsible to identify, develop, maintain and sun setting of vendors keeping Intellectual Property, quality, competency, infrastructure and consistency of supplies. Accountable to implement SHE, SOX and RTO compliance at vendor location and ensuring company interest. Role had high level of interaction with senior level business, supply chain & technology team and networking with regional and global project teams to convert respective strategies in to Manufacturing & Sourcing strategy. I had a team of 9 direct and indirect reporters from different Businesses. • In addition to consistent supplies, I was accountable for new product development in India and also was a key member in helping organization to develop long term manufacturing strategy for different businesses.• I was responsible for ensuring consistent supplies through outsourcing Contract Manufacturers for Agrochemicals, Paints, Protection Technology and Chemical product worth USD 170 MM. I have added new Contract Manufacturing partners for Agrochhemicals for Ferterra(BACL & Vantech), Paints for Activators(Ashish Coatings), Protection Technology(Swadeshi/Tyvek Cover) and Specialty Chemicals(Paclean Venture, Baddi).• Special Assignment - 2012 : Demerger of Manufacturing Unit• I led demerger activities related to Agrochemicals and Paint Business manufacturing. I completed mammoth task of demerger of manufacturing site within challenging time period of 6 months. This project gave me exposure of dealing with Government officials and understood a process to establish new manufacturing unit. I was awarded special recognition for the same.

• Spend accountability of $ 30MM for 15 manufacturing units.• Accountable for maintaining Vendors for 16 commodities.• Develop specifications for commodities and validation in field.• Responsible for strict cost control for each commodity & Generate improvement Projects.• Develop and control budget for own portfolio and work for continuous improvement opportunity.• I was responsible for smooth supplies from Captive 3 layer milk film manufacturing units. Maintain Delivery, quality and people development to supply 6000 MTs printed films from the plant. • Responsible to track pricing of key Raw Materials and handle strategic relationship with key RM Vendors.• Lead Sourcing/SoX Audits within department and at Vendor Place.

• Ensure smooth running of Plastics Processing Machinery for QA of the last 24 Hours produced PE, PP and PVC materials.• Timely market Release of material after verification of QA and Approvals.• Develop & Track PPM schedules and develops KPI for tracking break down of processing and testing equipment.• Develop sampling strategy and keep all m/c in running condition.• Controlling shop floor maintenance budget.• Monitoring of daily production plan and control wastages.• Maintain daily and monthly MPS and early signals for exceptions.• Effectively manage manpower for each job.
