• Implementation of TB project in four tribal-dominated districts of Maharashtra. Before this, implemented the same project with the “Sahariya” PVTG group in Madhya Pradesh. Along with responsible for Operation Research project in Shivpuri Madhya Pradesh for Nutrition and BMI. • Provide Leadership to Intervention team and supervise District Program Managers Performance including activities such as approving work plans, field visits. Leading a team of 4 District Program Managers, 15 Program Managers and 85 Community Health Workers. • Assist Software development team in the Designing of AK’s Active Case Finding (ACF) monitoring software ATMA. Also responsible for overall implementation, training, Data management through EMR, Analysis and assist field teams in troubleshooting.• Coordinate with the M&E reviewer in tracking the progress of intervention in the region against pre-defined benchmarks; identify focus areas, Situation analysis. • Manage relationship with key officials like District TB Officers (DTO) to create an enabling environment for the project.• Capacitate ASHAs to strengthen them in early case notification, smooth treatment adherence.• Donor reporting, Prepare Quarterly performance reports and submit to the STOP TB, also responsible for monthly performance reporting to State and District. • Recruitments of supporting staff, Counselling of TB patients, Capacity building sessions to field staff. • Finance management like finalization of Incentivized salaries of field staff, monthly travel bills approval and other admin work as per the project need.

• Provide Leadership to Intervention team and supervise PMs Performance including activities such as approving work plans, field visits, and other project related activities.• Track the progress of intervention in the region against pre-defined benchmarks, identify focus areas, and solve operational issues in the allocated Eight States.• Assist Technical Software development team at the HQ in the New Healthcare software development and finding loop polls in the existing one. • Manage relationship with key officials at the State and district levels to create an enabling environment for the project including obtaining necessary approvals, seeking participation from officials in program related activities, and establish a feedback and reporting system.• Facilitate on-site technical assistance, mentor and monitor program activities using supportive supervision approach and also facilitate in training of trainers.• Overall Data management, record keeping, updating and analyzing monitoring trackers sheets, Maintaining Quarterly Dashboards.
