*Review and Validation of mandatory elements like Document type, Vendor name, Tax code, VAT ID, Reference number,Price, Quantity, PO number, Delivery note, Gross amount, Net amount etc.*Indexing of missing information as per the valid Invoice.*Checking purchase order (PO) number before processing of invoices and Undertake manual data entry of invoice data.*Posting invoices after indexing valid information as per valid invoice.*Review and process invoice along with the providing resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for payment.*Eloquent and demonstrate basic accounts payable process concepts -3 way match, PO, Non PO, GRN*Experience in PO, Non-PO, Utilities Invoice processing.*Experience in Invoice Validation, Indexing and Posting.*Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.

*Converting PR to PO.*Good Overall Experience in P2P cycle (Procure to Pay).*Proficient in Procurement process. (Purchase order, goods receipt & invoice verification).*Validation of Purchase Requisition with reference to check points and company standards.*Proficient in Manual creation of Purchase Order from approved Purchase Requisitions.*Blocking incorrect Purchase Requisition and informing to requestor on correction.*Checking E-mails and reply to queries from vendors and other departments.*Evaluating the vendor’s monthly delivery performance and sharing performance report.
