And I, too, believe that if one wishes to bring a change, one first makes those changes in oneself; by doing so, one becomes an example, a catalyst for a revolution in those around one and, ultimately, in society.Born and raised in a lower-middle-class Gujarati family, I have seen my father, a very patient man; spend countless hours on his work, through his steady mind and sheer hard work, providing for the family, which has moulded my outlook towards life.Being the school headboy, an elected school leader, and a topper in the HSC Board Examination at my school has bolstered the importance of consistency and discipline in me. I have, over the years, always tried to develop a diverse set of competencies that would be the hallmark of my personality. As a volunteer in different college activities and as an NSS cadet, I have realised my responsibility to give back to society. During the pandemic, I witnessed the struggles of the underprivileged when I volunteered at the Entigrity Foundation, providing necessary items to people in slums.I consider books to be my best friends. It is my habit to read a book every week. An inseparable part of mine is my love for art, for which I have won many awards. Because of my artistic abilities, I was elected president of the college dramatics club. Our drama team performed at many events and won many accolades, including a national one! Throughout my school tenure, my drawings have also received a lot of praise. Art has taught me more values than the books that I have read. Lessons in team coordination, punctuality, diligence, and complete involvement in work are its blessings. The various online courses I have taken, including the recent ones, CMA US and FMVA, demonstrate that I always strive for overall development.This passion for art has been an inspiration for the last 22 months, when I performed various duties that resulted in positive results for the businesses. It has made me familiar with handling large-scale data, detailed analysis, and micro-level decision-making abilities.Cracking the CAT with flying colours, I have converted calls from great B-schools across the country. But after a careful evaluation, I have decided to go to the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. I am determined to work hard in order to reach my best.I have aimed to help everyone around me grow, and I am welcoming you to join me on this journey of advancement!
