• Performing IT risk assessments, conducted GAP analysis against the industry standards and providing recommendations on. • Conducting reviews to identify risk areas and establish a protocol. • Liaising with IT Management on issues of remediation, process, and control improvements. • Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's policy, as well as compliance with audit and regulatory requirements regarding database patching. • Working with Internal Audit to maintain compliance of Database. • Review and refine the patching process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify and address any gaps, and maintain updated documentation. • Providing training to the Team for new database technologies. • Quarterly publishing Dashboard to higher management and governance Team. • Facilitate timely regulatory submissions, engage with both internal and external auditors, and ensure the closure of any observations or findings. • Manages Team of six officers and managing their attendance or any issue faced by them.
