Currently working on Solid oral dosage form for Philippines (ROW Markets)Job Responsibilities  Handled a team of 3-4 reportee. Design and Development of solid oral dosage form for ROW (Philippines) Markets. Literature and Patent search and to prepare abstract for initiation of development. To study different strategies for development and to execute innovative ideas for implementation.  Characterization of Innovator products, sourcing of raw materials; that includes evaluating the samples of API from different vendors and excipients to see the feasibility with the new products. Carrying out pre-formulation studies, excipients and manufacturing process selection and comparative evaluation with respect to the pre-development studies.  Technical co-ordination with relevant departments like Purchase, Production, ADL, QC, QA, Regulatory Dept., Technology Transfer Team and IPR Dept. etc. Trouble shooting at any stage of development process, at commercial scale batches and validation batches.  Review MFR, PDR, Stability Protocols, Analytical Data, Stability data, Technology transfer report and any such other documents required by the regulatory department.
