I work as a Executive Client Relations for the Shipping & Handling and Sales department in the company. My work profile includes processing and getting the orders processed by the customers who are placed over 3 tiers Online which includes Web Orders and Auto Orders, which are orders over FAX and manually processing of order over PDF provided by the customers.I need to co-ordinate over email, Skype or call with my co-coordinators and sales reps overseas. I need to provide efficient, correct band liable information regarding various products, their pricing and availability to the client. I also need to make a sales and create a invoice for the same.Replying all the queries over outlook and giving information about different products and their availability to the customer.I have also worked as Customer Chat Support Executive for FlipKart for contract basis.
