1. To obtain advance license from ADGFT.2. To prepared documents required for registration of license and script with custom. 3. To submit incentive schemes like MEIS/RODTEP Incentive Scheme as when declared by DGFT.4. Prepare Import & Export Statement required for Advance Licence Redemption purpose. 5. Compile documents viz EPC Shipping Bills, BRCs required for Adv. Licence closure & submit the same to DGFT for redemption.6. To Ensure proper receipt of eBRCs from Bank to DGFT server. To monitor & co-ordinate with Finance dept/Banks for uploading after realization. 7. Application & follow-up with The Narcotics Commissioner Office, Gwalior, M.P. for obtaining NOCs for Import of Controlled substances.8. Follow up with CHA for ensure receipt of EP copies of Shipping Bills within 90 days from date of shipment.9. Submission of Proof of Exports within 90 days from date of export & follow up for POE acceptance letter from office of Asstt. /Dy Commissioner of Central Excise.10. To liaise with Central Excise for obtaining permissions viz Job work, IGCR. 11. Preparing Export Shipment Documents under D/P & TT Terms.
