My responsibilities as a Quality Executive include carrying and leading inward, in-process, and final inspection. I also manage final quality and approval for GIS unit as per customer and standard, raising and closure of non-conformities against material, maintaining supplier quality through utilizing quality core tools such as GR&R as well as by conducting SQP audit for CTQ suppliers and identifying training needs to operators and providing training to meet the required quality standards.With my technical purview, I am well-versed in inspection processes for casting, machining, Ag plating, and painting. I have a good knowledge of inspection processes and advanced inspection instruments such as 2D Height Master, Surface Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, Conductivity Meter, Plating Thickness Meter, Coating Thickness meter, Bore Gauge, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc. I have also dealt with various quality techniques such as CAPA, 7 QC Tools, 8-D Tools, and have sound knowledge of various manufacturing processes.In addition to my technical skills, I am a consistent and driven hardworking individual who is well-organized and an active participant in new development. I am a proficient user of operating systems like Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office. I am also a SAP-QM user and have basic knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD (2D Modeling). I am versatile and can adapt to new concepts, and have developed team-building and management skills through volunteering.Previously, I worked with VIP Industries LTD, India’s largest luggage manufacturer company, as a Quality Engineer. My responsibilities included luggage shell quality checks, random material checks at the assembly line, material kit verification as per BOM, and LOT approval for final dispatch. During my tenure, I reduced the in-process rejection of shell.I completed my BE in Mechanical from SPPU PVG’s COE with a percentage of 59% and my DME from MSBTE SMES Poly with a percentage of 64%. I am unmarried and fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. My hobbies include playing video games, and photography.
