 Reporting Directly to VP. Preparation of BASELINE Schedule. Loading of COST, QUANTITY & MANPOWER to Master Schedule. Preparation & managing Four week look-ahead. Tracking & updating project status as per Master program. Measuring and monitoring actual progress to planned progress. Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports. Preparing the BUDGET. Preparing Monthly CASH FLOW for the Projects according to MCP. Preparing presentations for weekly, monthly & Quarterly Meetings. Certifying monthly Reconciliation Reports of materials. Co-Ordinate with all concerned & raising Purchase Request for material procurement. Attending the Meetings - PRM, DRM, Safety & with Sub-contractor, Recording the minutes & Circulating MOM. Responsible for “Safalaakar way" related reporting to Head office.

 Planning & scheduling of the activities. Preparing progress reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly). Coordinate with all concerned & raise PR for MATERIAL PROCUREMENT. Tracking of WORK PROGRESS. Preparing BOQ level wise from drawings for billing purpose. Preparation & submission of weekly labour bill. Preparation of R/A bills, Maintaining documents & records for each R/A bills. Preparation of pour plans before concreting of major pours. Analysing the Resource requirement like manpower, material and machineries to achieve the monthly targets. Monitoring construction schedules & highlighting anticipated delays/deviations in advance. Liaising with Architects, Structural consultants & Surveyors. Co-ordinating with Various Contractors and Head office for various issues.
