The Majnoon field is located in southern Iraq, close to the Iranian border and approximately 70 km north of Basra city. Neighbouring fields are Bin Umr, 30 km south, and West Qurna, 30 km south-west, of Majnoon. The Majnoon field structure is an elongated field of approximately 52 x 15 km in area. It is considered a super-giant oilfield, with almost 38 billion barrels (MMbbls) of Stock Tank Oil Initially in Place (STOIIP).

FPSO Armada Sterling II operates at Cluster 7 field located about 210 km to the west of Mumbai City and about 20 to 40 km to the south-west of producing Mumbai high field in water depths of about 80 to 88 m.FPSO AST II caters for the collective production from Cluster 7-WHP. It is designed to process 30000 BLPD of liquid, 26500 BOPD of oil, 15000 BWPD of produced water, 0.9 MMSCMD of Associated gas + Gas Lift, 1.2 MMSCMD of Free gas and 1700 BCPD of Condensate. The plant is also designed to treat 25000 BWPD of injection water and handle a slug volume of 25 m3.

GSPC is the operator of the Deen Dayal Field (Block KG-OSN/2001/03) situated offshore from the Yanam-Kakinada coast of Andhra Pradesh, India. Field type is HPHT - 14,000 psi & 430 °F condition. Process Platform capacity is such as Gas - 200 MMSCFD, Crude - 4582 BOPD, Water Handling – 2256 BOPD. Duties & Responsibilities• Collaborate with management to set and work within the parameters required to meet production targets.• Smooth handling of Well heads, Manifolds, Well Fluid Coolers, Separators, Gas Dehydration Unit, Glycol Regeneration Unit, Sweetening Unit, CO2 Removal, Condensate Dehydration Unit, Sub-sea Pipeline Operation, Flare Systems, Produced Water Conditioning System, Utility Systems, etc.• Co-ordinate with the offshore drilling rig NABORS 805 for drilling, work over and Well Services Operations.• Co-ordinate with maintenance teams including central control room in planning and execution of day to day maintenance activities.• Attending and responding to maintenance needs including scheduling equipment shutdowns, process breakdowns and changes.• Providing day-to-day technical support to the O&M to troubleshoot and fix process equipment.• Monitor, test and maintain process flow shutdown & control devices.• Analyze performance of process flow operations and find solution for energy saving.• Responsible to apply Lock-out/Tag-out procedure.• Read and Interpret API-RP 14C regulations and S.A.F.E. charts, review PFDs and P&IDs technically.• Participate in process safety management, including HAZARD and HAZOP studies and activities.• Ensure full HSE compliance in all the works and processes of routine plant and equipment operations.• Well versed in the operation of process facilities through DCS.• Be engaged in major startup and turnaround activities in a process flow facility.• Respond to and action any onsite incidents as an active Emergency Response team member.• Assist in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.

This field has 19 platforms, 161 producing strings, 7 gas producers and 58 water injection strings.Duties & Responsibilities• Collaborate with management to set and work within the parameters required to meet production targets.• Attend and respond to maintenance needs including scheduling equipment shutdowns, process breakdowns and changes.• Operate and maintain systems of oil and gas production, produced water and other utilities.• Working on major shutdowns and modification, hook-up, commissioning and start-up tasks.• Hydro test, Leak test of many important systems such as Separators, Vessels, Columns, Exchangers, Flare system, utility systems etc.• Preparing procedures & developing new process practices and guidelines for improvement in plant operation through MOC (Management of Change) procedure.• Monitor, test and maintain process flow shutdown & control devices.• Performing preventive-corrective maintenance of test apparatus and peripheral equipment as per PM schedule.• Read and Interpret API-RP 14C regulations and S.A.F.E. charts.• Ensure full HSE compliance in all the works and processes of routine plant and equipment operations with permit to work system (PTW).• Ensuring implementation of JHA (Job Hazards Analysis), Risk Assessment, Tool Box talk, Process & Safety Audit recommendations for enhancing process and work safety.• Expertise in handling of Fire extinguishers like Foam, DCP and CO2.• Expert in using PPE's like SCBA, Safety Harness and Good Housekeeping Practices• Be engaged in major startup and turnaround activities in a process flow facility.
