The platform supported 10 million questions answered, 500,000 tasks per month, and 2,500 active campaigns.I collaborated with the CTO on end-to-end design and architecture, managed a team of 10 engineers, and ensured solutions met business needs. My role included requirement analysis, system architecture, agile development, technical delivery, team mentoring, stakeholder management and infrastructure automation using AWS. I also developed key algorithms and frameworks for the platform.This resulted in continuous revenue growth, enhanced customer satisfaction, and the highest task completion rate in the field.
