My responsible for establishing, exploiting, and maintaining business relations with the company’s customers, and can involve a wide range of responsibilities. This role generally involves accountability for establishing, directing, and managing the company’s sales force, and may even include responsibility for ongoing customer support in some instances.

Supporting Administration department in all levelConference hall bookingIssuing the Stationary Items & Maintaining the Stationary RecordsSupervising the Maintenance of office building & premisesArranging training program for the staffCollecting the Quotation from the vendors, Negotiating with them & Fixing the Business (with terms & condition)Preparing monthly purchase.Arranging Help desk facility to the staff for their personal requirement & maintaining the records & sending the reports to the head office.Handling & Issuing the keys to the Staff & updating the key registerIndependently Administrate whole Admin. Dept.Monitoring and supervising the employment and administration of personl related data and information. Liaison with branch offices.Responsible for receptions tasks when required, maintaining all office equipment services. Applies a working knowledge of appropriate laws and regulations, verifies documents for completeness and liaising with government and private agencies. Assists HR Department in enhancing company's directives and ensure proper coordination with the HR supervisor on the implementation.Handles employee's important and confidential documents. Oversee office such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring new personnel, handling employee's benefits and/ or benefits questions on payroll, records control.

Responsible for handling 5 outlets.Support query's & complaints on the front end support.Monthly RNR for the outlets.Preparing monthly incentive plans on collections and sales as per the target. Retention of churn customers.Postpaid bill collections.Handling a team100% C- SAT.High deliverable of customer's satisfaction on service. To identify customers needs and expectations and serve them in a friendly manner demonstrating brand values at all the times. To carry out exceptional customer service through retail experience by providing information on all services to help the customer to make suitable choices.Achieve the individual agreed quantitative sales targets for different product and services.To contribute to the agreed team quantitative sales targets.To ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to, including Retail Sales and company specific policies and procedures.Handle different forms of payments including cash and credit cards, ensuring adherence to the agreed policies and procedures at all the times.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure company image and brand values are illustrated at all the times.Provide feedback for continuously improve the overall customer experience.Preparing sales reports
