I did my Engineering and graduated from K J Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai in 2015. Soon after the engineering, I began with my regular IT job in Accenture for over 2 years and later realized that this is not something I love or would like to continue for the rest of my life.I resigned from my job to start my journey as an Entrepreneur and started with a Travel company in August 2017. Ever since my childhood, I loved to travel and was always passionate about Travel and more than that planning and curating the experiences. I always believed to have a differentiating factor while starting anything new. Soon, I started with WanderTrust where we plan surprise trips and reveal the destination just a day before the departure. I was equal parts excited and nervous about the concept as this was a very new concept in India and was skeptical if the concept would appeal to people or not. But none the less, I decided to take a leap of faith and begin with the journey and curating the surprise trips.In the initial first year, we started to get a few queries through digital as well as offline marketing and planned over 30 Trips. We loved curating the personalized trips and the experiences for our travelers with an added element of surprise. Nothing made us happier to see the happy faces of our travelers revealing the destination in excitement before their journey. We were excited to see people love their experiences and surprise trips all over India. Soon we began to get the traction over the digital media platforms and people started to know the concept of surprise trips and decided to give it a try. We then planned over 250+ trips in the next two years. The Hindu, Times of India, Edex, The Economic Times also featured us in their articles for our idea and concept of surprise trips.
