• Steering efforts to procure Coal by coordinating with different Coal Producers & Sellers in Indonesia on daily basis and ensuring sale of coal in Indian and Chinese market • Dealing with both low/ high CV Coal, Indonesia Steam Coal Users in power sectors, sponge plants with captive power plants and negotiating price & contracts with them• Managing operations pertaining to Ship Chartering, Freight Analysis, Port Operations, Cargo Gradation, Export Documentation, Vessel Loading• Looking after shipping documentation, LC documentation, LP/DP reports by liaising with surveyors etc.• Interfacing with surveyor such as SGS, MSK and IGI • Ensuring preparation of import documentation, filing of reports in customs, issuance of cargo arrival notices to consignees, sending debit notes and releasing delivery order to parties at discharge port• Functioning as an interface for coordinating with production & shipping departments and the buyer to ensure that the production schedule is met and ensure on-time seamless delivery of shipments
