Have experience in installation, construction, commissioning and start-up of plant instrument, control, automation, and process control equipment’s. Expertise in project management & construction management involving planning & execution of projects, re-engineering, installation and commissioning of Instruments. Proficient in installation & commissioning, instrumentation & controls of PLC Systems; experience in managing the maintenance of all type of field instruments. Sound knowledge of calibration and trouble shooting in various field Instruments. Experience in designing of MCC, VFD, SDS, DOL, AHU and FAHU panels. Knowledge in PLC and DCS programming using ladder logic and SCADA integration. Well versed with the tests to be conducted during erection, commissioning and implementation stages like visual checks, hydro-tests, cold and hot loop checks, document revival, etc.  Erection and installation of Operating consoles and work stations. Calibration of Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow Transmitter and Pressure gauge, Temp gauge, Control valve. Erection and fabrication of cable tray, CS piping, impulse tubing for various instruments as per Hook up drawing. Commissioning of Air compressor, Air dryers.  Installation and Commissioning of Level Transmitters in Storage tanks (RADAR , Servo Type and Differential Pressure Type LT). Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Batch Controllers. Knowledge in the HART communicator for testing of Field instruments which is compatible to the communication. Integration of electrical MCC controls and logic for various product loading pumps and auxiliary pumps.
