Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Project Controls Management, Data Science, Accounting, and Software Development are among the services and products vConstruct offers to the construction industry.In my role, I ensure comprehensive involvement in document control, project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management for large and complex projects.»Collaboration with Onsite Project Team: •Assisting with various tasks including budget control, cost control, document management, closeout documents, Potential Change Items (PCI), change orders, and flowchart creation using Visio. •Developed customized reports for specific projects using Power BI dashboards.»Project Documentation Management: •Managing and controlling project documentation such as drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents. •Processing and reviewing RFIs and submittals, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaing various project logs, and tracking and raising invoicing as per tasks.•Performing risk analysis, and critical path analysis, and providing routine status and reporting.•Planning and scheduling the projects using Primavera P6 and MSP.»Project Portfolio Management:•Handled a project portfolio ranging from $2 million to $500 million, consisting of around 25 projects.•Ensuring efficient processing, review, and documentation for each project.»Platform Setup and Integration:•Setting up projects on various platforms including Procore, CMiC, ACC, PlanGrid, BOX, and Clearstory.» Tools and Technologies:•Project Management Software: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (MSP)•Documentation Platforms: Procore, CMiC, ACC, PlanGrid, BOX, Clearstory, Hammertech, Pype.•Reporting and Analysis Tools: Power BI, Visio
