Working in the Italian headquarters of Fashion Box Spa, which distributes and sells Replay Brand clothing. Together with my colleague, who I trained, we cover the Swedish markets, working closely with our agents based in Sweden. The work involves everything from helping insert orders to monitoring, shipping and making sure that orders arrive whole and at destination. This also involves helping to modify orders, extract data and create reports in order to send to clients and colleagues, and handling returns and claims.

Working at an RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) nature reserve and seabird centre as a first point of contact for visitors. Providing a professional welcome while assisting the management and visitor experience team in ensuring an overall seamless visitor operation. The work consists mainly in:- Collaborating with the site management to achieve financial targets and deliver business KPIs􏰀- Helping to manage the overall visitor experience from arrival to departure- Enthusing and inspiring the public to join the RSPB, ensuring that agreed membership recruitment targets are achieved- Helping to ensure the visitor centre is delivering the highest standard of customer care- Assisting in booking and delivering activities and guided tours to visiting schools and the public to meet agreed connection targets- Ensuring that the visitor centre together with its environs, visitor facilities and equipment are maintained and presented to a high standard- Ordering and replenishing leaflets and membership stock- Assisting in the end of day cashing up procedures

The Awareness Outreach Assistant will be required to assist the Awareness Outreach Officer to facilitate the implementation and reporting on community outreach activities, and the development of educational materials and success story reports of project activities in the MFF landscape.Major Responsibilities: • Developing the success story of the MFF landscape• Assisting in developing conservation outcomes and activities for submission to the Communication Unit to be updated on the WWF Cambodia Facebook page• Developing leaflets by combining the value of biodiversity and the ecosystem, and listing the threats and implemented projects/activities in the MFF landscape • Developing educational materials for outreach including billboards, binders, and posters• Assisting in initiating innovations for awareness outreach• Assisting the outreach officer in field• Supporting the creation and designing of a dolphin photo catalog for the communities

Assisting the Delegation in its work on new topics and the implementation of development programmes in the relevant sector (Natural Resource Management). The works consists in:- Searching bibliographic information, synthesising and disseminating it and contributing to the building up of arguments used in discussions with different stakeholders. - Writing short reports and policy briefs on different topics.- Drafting minutes or reports of meetings, and participating in seminars and workshops with the same purpose.- Being involved in the activities of communication of the Delegation, be it on the webpage, Facebook or other social media.

- Organizing databases in Excel- Contacting and maintaining contact with current and potential customers for courses and commercial purposes- Preparing brochures and texts for training manuals- Creating and editing PowerPoint presentations- Translating and rewriting scientific and informational texts- Managing and updating the contents and graphics of the company Web sites (WordPress)- Managing company activities and promotions on social media networks
