I worked with holistic and cross-cultural understanding within organisational change management perspective.Additional, I have constructed and defined the internal implementation toolbox to support the transformations and project managers in change behavioral and benefit realization.

As an Implementation manager, I have supported and guided changes initiatives from six IT development area and had the responsibility to generate a internal delivery overview and distribution to stakeholders. I also made an internal implementation process for IT departments, so employees knew which considerations, guidelines and templates was need to archive involvement and implementation for Danske Bank Group IT’s organization. This resulted in awareness and being the front figure of why it is important to work with structured implementation when making changes. The primary target for the changes was development directors and managers. Make sure that organizational implementation stays on the agenda and together can make successful changes towards the organization.

Part of a selected ambassador team, who visit Denmark’s universities to talk about Danske Bank and incurious young students to apply the gradate program. During the period I participated in exhibitions and events to recruit future candidates for our graduate program.

As a business developer in Danske Bank Group IT, I was a part of project teams, where my role was to clarify requirements between IT solutions and requirements from the Nordic business unites . Besides requirement clarification, I was in charge of organization implementation. Here I had the responsible for keeping stakeholders informed during the project. Made roll-out plans, initiated organizational implementation status meetings, training, communication and support for both customers and internal employees in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland and Finland.

In my master thesis I wrote about Organization Innovation Systems and User Driven Innovation, where I build up a case of how to use User driven innovation and Organization Innovation Systems in different energy companies in FlexPower ( Flexible Electricity Consumption) case at Danish Technology Institute.I made a thorough description within the subject and combined them to a new model that companies could easily use and understand and had companies using it.

Wrote reports for two departments; New Business and Water Utility. In New Business I analyzed their screening process for new projects, and in Water Utility I wrote about lobbyism and crated guidelines for how to process a successful lobbyism the next time.
