I support students and staff in becoming more aware of all the various levels of diversity. Guided by relevant theory, concepts and exercises, we explore how to effectively interact to foster inclusivity, so we may enjoy all the benefits of diversity.

Within the IBS Honours Talent Programme I'm a mentor to students.

1st year International Business School (IBS) students have to write a business plan for their fictitious company. The students are assisted by coaches and subject experts. At the end of the project students have to defend their business plan in front of a panel of experts.

On behalf of Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, more specifically The Centre of Applied Research and Innovation - Energy, I conduct legal research for Energy Delta Gas Research (EDGaR), a Dutch research consortium. EDGaR coordinates the research activities on gas and sustainability performed by ten enterprises and research institutions. My research is related to the (im)possibilities of decentralized storage of gas and its legal implications. De Jonge Balie Groningen organiseert diverse activiteiten voor haar leden, waaronder de educatieve activiteit pleitoefeningen. Naast het algemene bestuur, was ik als pleitcommissaris verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van de pleitoefeningen. Dat hield onder andere in het samenstellen van de jury, het selecteren van deelnemers, het bedenken van de diverse casus en het leiden van de pleitoefening.- The Jonge Balie Groningen organizes different activities for her members, among which is the educative activity, the so called 'Pleitoefening' (pleading exercise). Apart from general management, as a 'Pleitcommissaris' I was responsible for organising the pleading exercise. This meant selecting members of the jury and participants as well as creating the different cases and actually leading the pleading exercise.

Werkzaam binnen de secties Ondernemingsrecht en Mededingingsrecht. Ervaring opgedaan in opstellen en beoordelen van overeenkomsten alsmede in het adviseren in zaken verbandhoudende met het ondernemingsrecht en mededingingsrecht. Ervaring opgedaan in procederen.
