As Manager Human Resources I am responsible for advising the Executive Managers and other Managers within the EAU concerning issues of Human Resources on a qualitative and quantative level. In this way a proper HR policy can be carried out. Furthermore I support the managers on the evaluations and personal development of the employees. I am also responsible for a strict observance of the law and I take care of the absence guidelines. In this position I set up a Personnel Information System (AFAS), put together a Handbook for employees and defined all the job descriptions in the organisation. I am also responsible for the hiring process of new employees and education projects.
