Principal responsible for the training course for Coop's 800 apprentices, located at the head office and Coop's 1200 stores. Organization of the content of the training courses, and support the business school teacher in living up to Coop's requirements, so that the apprentice, the training manager and the teacher always know what is expected from them and how important they are for the business.Health: Project manager on several health-promoting projects in Coop. The largest project is OMIC "Surplus Employee in Coop 2011-2013", an approx. DKK 2 million from the Prevention Fund to promote health in four selected stores and four control stores.
