CurrentMy job is to advise the vice-dean of research on research related issues and projects at Aarhus BSS. Recently, I've been responsible for implementing an IRB process for ethical approval of research projects at school level. In addition I advise the dean and vice-deans at Aarhus BSS, School of Business and Social Sciences on the international accreditation processes. I've led the school through twelve international accreditation visits. (6 EQUIS, 3 AACSB and 4 AMBA)Aarhus BSS holds the distinguished international AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS accreditations, indicating that Aarhus BSS belongs to an elite group of business schools worldwide. At present, only 1% of all business schools in the world have Triple Crown accreditation.Furthermore, I'm involved in the annual strategic planning cycle of the school's strategy and for monitoring the school's strategic development. I also take part in various management support projects at the dean's office.
