Dit wordt ook teruggekoppeld naar Bestuur en Raad.• Eindredactie voeren over alle middelen die voortkomen uit het platform OnsBrunssum en de distributie daarvan, zoals artikelen,( merk) campagnes, beeldmateriaal en nieuwsbrieven en social media.

As a main cashier, I am jointly responsible for checking cash register transactions. I also take care of bank deposits and other cash flows. Within this position I manage the other cashiers and I train new employees. During the weekends and holidays I am also responsible for making the personnel planning and keeping track of the time registration.

The right to participate in decision-making is an important democratic right. The student participation are co-deciding and advising on various levels, on all matters regarding the curriculum and the organization of the faculty. Taking part in these decision-making processes is a great learning experience.

During this internship I was involved in the complete content development process. I have been able to further develop my graphic design skills because I worked a lot with Photoshop and Indesign. I provided the website and Social Media with the required content. I also developed newsletters and I developed press releases.

During this internship I worked at L1 radio and television. This is a regional television and radio channel in the Netherlands. I learned a lot about journalism and the media landscape. During this internship I was in contact with the press a lot. I coordinated various television programs and took care of the marketing and communication for events.

As a sales employee I had a lot of customer contact and I have learned many sales techniques that I can use again in marketing.

Media Groep Limburg is a large media company in the south of the Netherlands. During this internship I wrote articles for the newspaper and for the website. I also invented and developed advertisements, this was my first introduction to graphic design. I also devised and implemented strategic marketing campaigns.

Main cashier was my first introduction to a management position. I was very young at the time, but being young did contribute to my professional development. Within this position I was responsible for the entire cash register department. Managing employees was one of my most important tasks.
