I began developing our main product eConnect from scratch in 2009, with a steadfast focus on the philosophy 'CRM system developed by the users, for the users'. This approach has consistently placed our users and their needs at the forefront. The system has undergone an evolution, continuously adding functionality to meet the growing demands. Today, eConnect boasts an array of modules including customer/activity management, a representative email module, an event manager module, an account management module, and various integrations with tools like IQVIA (for sales and addresses) and PubMed.Our upcoming features include the introduction of Closed Loop Marketing (CLM), as well as integrating AI into our processes. Our current proof of concept involves using AI to assist users in managing invitations within the Event Manager, ensuring adherence to ethics, grammar, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

At Madington, my role as an AdTech Developer involves hands-on work directly with publishers. I'm deeply involved in the full project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish. My main tasks include:Rolling out new ad formats on publisher sites, driving innovation in ad experiences.Tackling and resolving campaign issues to achieve desired performance metrics.Optimizing sites for efficient ad displays, like using lazy loading for better timing and visibility.Working closely with publishers, I get to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored tech solutions.
