My duties as a trainee included customer service, customer order processing, production planning, control of leaving products and minor development tasks of production. In addition to my other tasks, I took part in implementing the new ERP system in the company.

I worked as a production line worker at the hot rolling mill. My duties included straightening and bundling the steel plates and quality monitoring.

My main tasks included customer service and cashing. This job helped me to develop my skills in customer service with large range of different types of customers. I worked in the Merikosken apteekki also during summer 2013 (6 weeks).
