The treatment path corresponds to face-to-face individual health guidance in social and health care services. Content covers different aspects of a healthy lifestyle as well as settings goals, discovering one’s own resources and finding ways to strengthen own well-being. The goal is to support customers in finding and adopting long-term healthy habits and lifestyles that promote work ability and quality of life.
