I am working as BI developer and Agile Master in our reporting development team of ten membersMy main responsibilities include:- Power BI development and administration- Supporting other BI developers and our end-users- Facilitating our team meetings and supporting the Agile way of working in our team

I worked as part of our Business Applications team, focusing on our ERP-system (Lean System) and BI-system (QlikView) development, administration, and support. My main tasks included defining, testing and implementing solutions into our business needs.

Research topic: Defining cost of production calculationsIn addition to my Master's thesis I was working with other issues as well:-MES-system implementation project-improving the traceability and quality observation registration process in our production-developing our daily management boards, reports and metrics

My main responsibility was to develop the daily management practices and boards in our 18-person team.My duties included:-implementing short daily meetings -planning the content of our daily management boards in cooperation with our team members-implementing touch screens as daily management boards utilizing Qlickview reports, SQL queries and Blackbox digital signage systems-creating Nprinting and Excel reports into our team's needsIn addition, I worked closely in MES-system implementation project. I also worked as a production planner for a month during this summer.

My duties as a trainee included customer service, customer order processing, production planning, control of leaving products and minor development tasks of production. In addition to my other tasks, I took part in implementing the new ERP system in the company.

I worked as a production line worker at the hot rolling mill. My duties included straightening and bundling the steel plates and quality monitoring.

My main tasks included customer service and cashing. This job helped me to develop my skills in customer service with large range of different types of customers. I worked in the Merikosken apteekki also during summer 2013 (6 weeks).
