Coordinate a technical response for recovery using Contractor personnel and/or base services as required for critical issues where significant degradation of service may exist; in instances of high impact or system degradation, notify the appropriate AT/FP System Manager with planned corrective actions. Utilize the NAVFAC AT/FP Remedy System for managing Service Calls, and Change and Configuration Management. Monitor system usage and performance.
