- Monitored and processed financial transactions within the association. - Shadowed the Finance Officer for day-to-day tasks in the office.

I started an online e-commerce on instagram selling Korean fashion clothing. It was a really valuable experience and I have no regrets starting it. Despite the hectic schedule at times as I had to balance my studies and also business, I managed to acquire up to 50 sales, and my follower count reached 800+. Besides this, I also developed skills such as:1. Research skills. I have basic understanding on social media analytics (particularly instagram) and attempted understanding more about my target market. 2. Basic designing skills. I started employing Canva, PicsArt and occasionally even Photoshop to ensure my content created is as visually appealing as possible.3. Organisation skills. I started using Microsoft Excel a lot to organise important information such as customer data, content planning, and clothing suppliers. 4. Communication skills. I learnt the importance of holding up the shop/company's image, and to treat customers as my priority. At times when necessary, I'll drive over pass the orders personally.
