Working with R&D team to design the product. Mainly for- working with project manager to finish the WBS- Evaluate project time and budget and risks. Settle milestones of the project.- Holding project meeting periodically to review the project. Make sure the project complete the project on time.- Make sure all the product information and material information is completed in SAP.- Arrange the trail production. Working with QC to follow the result of the trail production.2. Support the KA customer & special project, especially in charge of domestic and oversea customers.3. Collecting their project needs. And inform them the about the detail process of project, including the product performance & timelines.4. Maintain project documents and lessons learned.

As product management , the main responsibility as following:1. Conduct market research and and customer interviews.2. analysis to market size, competitive landscape. .3. Manage product portfolio of LED Lighting according to Company’s strategic. Manage different product line for different sales channels.4. Maintains product development roadmaps.5. Coduct product lauch activities including product data sheets, product catalogs, applications guides , etc..6. Introducing new product and suitable product to distributor and help them to finish KPI.
