I am a communications assistant for the customer communications team. My tasks include monitoring the team's joint email account, which other employees can use to request and deliver updates to website content. I delegate these tasks according to specialists' focus areas. I also handle website updates myself.

I volunteer as a part of the team of translators and proofreaders that are responsible for producing Finnish translations of the English web content available for our users. In addition I also do keyword translators for content organisation on the website, and help the user support team by translating user emails from Finnish to English and support emails from English to Finnish for the benefit of our users.

I worked as a part-time research assistant and later as a project specialist at the Brahea Centre at the University of Turku between 10/2019-11/2019, 11/2020-12/2021, and 11/2022-1/2023.My primary tasks consisted of translating (English to Finnish), proofreading, and editing project outputs on education innovations.
