Some recruitments have been done in a team or together with a colleague. Also, I have been responsible to conduct some recruitments from start to the end by myself individually. From the HR point of view, I have been responsible of the employment related taks of approx. 120-150 employees at the same time. I have been solving different HR related matters together with colleagues and HR specialists.My experience in the field of recruitment and HR has given me a comprehensive understanding of recruitment and HR practices and I know how to perform in changing and fast-paced environment. I have hands-on attitude, good organizational skills with attention to details.
