1. Be responsible for order handling, and communicate with global customers about the issues related to purchase orders.2. Be responsible for handling customers complaints, and instruct related departments to correct accordingly, and the same time send the corrected actions and improved effects to customers for verification.3. Be responsible for factory production plan, interface with engineering, production and sourcing to define factory production capacity, and work with global customers to balance factory loading. 4.4.Be responsible for inventory level and inventory accuracy. Keep inventory as minimal level, and heighten inventory turnover by more reasonable production plan and limit overstock.5. Be responsible for release monthly forecast report based on former sales data and sales forecast from customers to direct suppliers to prepare the raw materials and also direct factory's operators arrangement, and continues to work with global customer to improve the accuracy of forecast. Work with sourcing to define the policy for raw materials stocking.
