Overall responsible for HR, Admin and IT for GZ co.(HQ of South China) and 2 Nanhai projects including:1) As an HRBP in Southern China, execute and implement company policies in south China. Harmonize HQ’s and project companies’ requirements. Jointly working with management team on building motivation system and company policies. Jointly set up and restructure project companies’ organization.2) Responsible for managing the operation of all aspects of the HR functions, including, HR information and records maintenance, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits. HR policies formulation and training, employee services and relations, labor regulations compliance, performance etc. 3) Oversee general affairs, including company culture implement, expatriate’s work permit, office relocation, employee activities, office supplies and equipments, shuttle/co. bus, office security etc.

Maintain and control documents to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation. Integrate & implement Henkel HR policy & system at Humen site, ensure employee can understand and implement new HR policy & system. Oversee HR dept, including recruitment, C&B, Training & Development, performance management and employee/labor relationship at follow job responsibilities:1) Assist to HR Projects: HR Planning, Employee Development plan, HR data analysis.2) C&B: Performing salary management such salary releasing, conducting salary market survey, formulating annual salary increases, declaring income tax, purchasing both social and commercial insurance, government labour office contact. 3) Recruitment: Recruiting new staff, interviewing and selecting candidates for different positions of various functions, personnel formalities for the new hires or the termination staff.4) Training: Focus on company training organizing and reporting. Training needs survey and analysis, training calendar (training annual plan) set up. Conduct orientation for the new staff. 5) Performance Management: Conducting Performance Management System training. Assisting each department with their performance review.6) Labor/employee relationship: labor contract administration, employee satisfaction survey, communicate with government.7) Others: participant SHEQ internal Audit, work out HR procedure. Employee activities and some administration affairs.
