As a Clinical Research Coordinator I'm working closely with the principle investigators and our researchteam. My main responsibility is conducting clinical studies in accordance with federal and hospital regulations. Because we participate in clinical trials with a new medicinal compound or therapeutic strategy in which we believe to be of additional value.

I participated in clinical trials for the Internal Medicin dept.To execute clinical trials which were investigator initiated or initiated by the farmaceutical industry. I had contact/contracts with multiple departments within the hospital. A few of the many trial related activities; make the working protocols, discuss the protocol with all applicable.

Fulltime job as a nurse on the internal medicin dept.

As an intern, I worked on several departments. E.g. orthopedics, geriatrics, internal medicin, lung, surgical, were I took care of people who were very ill. During my work and education there I developed not only my skills as a nurse, but I also learned where I stand for, being fully aware of who I am and what I find most important in life.
