* Manage ASEAN Capital investment with a group of site buyers to deliver the company saving target and cash acceleration priority* Responsible for regional sourcing activity in ASEAN country. * Lead industry analysis and develop sourcing strategies across regions* Own Purchase Stewardship for AAJK* Manage internal client relationship with senior management in ASEAN region * Build organization capability by coaching and training

* Lead capital purchasing activities for Thailand & Singapore. * Manage the Japanese strategic EPC business partner in Singapore. * Set up the Capital supplier base for Singapore & Thailand* Own Purchasing Stewardship for Thailand & Singapore Capital Purchases.* Deliver the business need and saving target in Multiple BUs of Haircare, Skin Care and Color & Professional across country.

* Lead capital purchasing activities for Beauty care capital project in Thailand (Bangkok plant) which is the biggest plant in Asia.* Strengthen the Capital supplier base for Bangkok plant. * Lead a group of local buyers to deliver the business need and saving target in Multiple BUs of Haircare, Skin Care and Color & Professional.* Own Purchasing Stewardship for Thailand Capital Purchases.

* Manage all student activities for entire semester * Represent all 25,000 students in university for all particular ankle. * Coordinate as student representative with university parliament to implement university policy in student activities. * Allocate the right proportion of money to entire student activities. This shall need to pass the teacher congress who own the authority to work with student parliament. * Leverage volume of student needed to gain more power in Sponsorship sourcing.* Create and innovate a lot of policies where make student life better. Ex: 24hours library, Fun Festival after serious examination, National sport day, etc.

* Work together with Reserch & Development team for new initiative product in Household business. * Simplify standard work process of new operation room for Microwave.
