Piping  Fabrication and Erection of various class process pipe lines according to the IFC drawings.  Category: Rack Piping Equipment Piping Boiler and furnace piping Fire Water Piping  Piping Packages, Punch list, Reinstatement and Turn Over System Transmittals(TOSTR Punches)  Overall Supervision of including such as HSE, House Keeping, piping prefabrication, piping erections including pipe supports.  Check and monitor tools, Spool pieces control, Equipment and welding consumables.  Check and monitor preservation, pipe internal cleaning for small bore and large bore.  Schedule monitoring for manpower mobilization.  Inspection of Piping System as per GA Drawings, P&ID's and Isometrics, Welding Inspection, flange alignment.  Check if the latest construction drawings are used, Consult Engineering problems.  Check and consult spools delivery in site.  Check work front and coordinate with other discipline.  Request scaffolding constructions.  Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly reports.  Distribute daily, weekly and Monthly Targets.  Plan out the daily job on supervisor level as per the work front availability  Overall control of documents & drawings of the respective Discipline In charge  Provides expert advice to Discipline In charge from Planning and Monitoring point of view Ensure work permits (confined space welding, grinding, erection, work for high level, etc).  Good coordination with the sub contractors for efficient progress of job.  Carry out survey and prepare As-build report for erection of above-ground piping  Preparation of BOQ’s from Engineering Drawings and coordinates with Material Manager, for timely issuance of material.  Co-ordination with Client for clearing entire Piping system including Mechanical Clearance, Hydro testing, Box-Up and Leak Testing of Entire Piping System
