To whom it may concern, Hello, my name is Sanorah Eldred and I am currently working towards earning my Education degree with a certification in Middle School ELA (5-9) from Lindenwood University. In addition to earning my degree, I am preparing to begin my student-teaching experience at Barnwell Middle School in the Francis Howell School District this upcoming Spring 2022 semester. After completing my previous practicum time at both Wentzville Middle School and Fort Zumwalt North Middle School, I have learned and implemented the differentiation skills, classroom management skills, and flexibility to lead students to having success with their education. Through such experiences I have developed a desire not only to lead my students to their academic successes, but to lead them into a growth mindset that they could hold with them through the rest of their career.
